Branded on Friday, neutral again on Monday.

01 · The problem

Printed a fortnight ahead, wrong by Friday.

Rebranding a venue for an event is three jobs, not one: printing, mounting and dismounting. It is ordered a fortnight ahead, which means the running order is already frozen before anyone arrives. A speaker cancels, a sponsor is added, a room changes name, and the printed signage is simply wrong for the whole weekend. On Monday all of it goes in a skip. For a venue that sells itself on flexibility, the signage is the least flexible thing in the building, and the one guests read first.

An ePaper frame, not a screen.

Discover the frames

The day before. The floor still belongs to the house, and shows its own images. Eight in the morning. The whole floor turns over to the guest brand, in its own language. Eleven. The programme, hall by hall, in two languages, in the client's own type. Six in the evening. A photograph from the morning's show, and a word of thanks. A Ginko frame in dark walnut, hung on a plain wall.

02 · The day

The wall changes on its own,
right on schedule.

Scroll: the day unfolds. Every image in this frame was scheduled ahead of time in Ginko Studio, and no one comes to change it.

03 · In your space

What it looks like, wall by wall.

01

The welcome desk

The venue carries the event’s identity from the first minute. It was published the evening before, not delivered in a van.

02

The path through the building

Rooms, sessions and times, corrected in real time when the running order moves. A session slips by twenty minutes and the walls agree.

03

The sponsor floor

A partner takes a level for a day, within a template that keeps the venue’s standards intact. It is withdrawn the moment the day ends.

04 · What Studio orchestrates here

One tool to rule the whole fleet.

The frame is only the visible part. What makes it work at scale is the ability to decide, once, what appears where and when.

Discover Ginko Studio

  1. Publish an entire venue in minutes, and return it to neutral just as fast

  2. Correct a room, a time or a name while the event is running

  3. Group by floor or by zone, so a change reaches exactly the right walls

  4. Reuse the same event template from one edition to the next

05 · What changes

The venue rebrands in minutes and is neutral again on Monday. Printing, mounting and dismounting disappear from the budget, and with them the deadline that used to freeze the programme two weeks early.

Questions

What we are asked.

Can a venue be dressed for an event, then made neutral again?

Yes. The event content is scheduled for its dates in Ginko Studio, and the frames return to their usual content afterwards.

How long does it take to change every frame in a venue?

A single publication in Ginko Studio reaches every frame, and each ePaper display refreshes in a few seconds.

Do the frames need to be plugged in during the event?

No. They run on battery and receive their images over Wi-Fi, so they can be placed wherever the event needs them.
