Guide
How much does an ePaper (e-ink) display cost for a hotel?
A Ginko e-ink (ePaper) frame costs 4 500 € excluding tax for the Horizon (90 × 70 cm) and 5 800 € for the Monumental (120 × 100 cm), or from 195 € / month on lease. The Ginko Studio software comes with every frame, and there is no building work, no cable and no continuous power draw to budget for.

What is included
The price of a finished object.
The framed object
The ePaper panel and its battery, the solid wood frame in one of the four woods, the white mat and anti-reflective real glass.
Ginko Studio
Purchase includes Studio Essential: remote control and content publishing. Leasing includes Studio Pro, with the image library, scheduled publishing and the template editor.
Support
With purchase, the hardware is yours and a commercial warranty applies, with care plans on request. With leasing, there is no initial investment and support is included for the whole contract.
What disappears
The costs you no longer pay.
No building work
No cable to run, no chasing, nothing to open in a wall. The frame is hung: a hook, a VESA bracket, a steel cable or an easel.
Almost no power
ePaper draws power only when the image changes. The battery lasts up to three years, depending on how often the image changes.
No more printing
A new menu, a new programme, a new campaign: the image changes from Ginko Studio, with nothing to reprint or rehang.
Questions
What we are asked.
What is the price of an ePaper frame?
4 500 € excluding tax for the Ginko Horizon and 5 800 € for the Ginko Monumental, with the four woods and anti-reflective real glass included. The exact price depends on the configuration and the number of frames.
Purchase or leasing: which to choose?
Purchase suits stable locations and long lifecycles: the hardware is yours, with Studio Essential included. Leasing removes the initial investment and includes Studio Pro and support: a Horizon costs 295 € / month over 24 months, 195 € / month over 48.
How much does Ginko Studio cost?
Studio comes with every frame, never on its own: Essential with purchase, Pro with leasing. Studio Pro costs 15 € / month per display, and Studio Scale, for multi-site fleets, 30 € / month.
Is installation included?
You can hang the frame yourself: it is a framed object, not an integration project. On-site installation, commissioning and Studio account configuration are also offered as a service, priced on request.
What does the final price depend on?
Each quote is adjusted to the finishes, the number of frames, the deployment context and the support level. Tell us about the venue and its walls.
Why does an e-ink display cost more than an LCD screen?
Large electronic ink panels are made in far smaller runs than LCD panels, and a Ginko frame is a finished object: solid wood finished by hand, a mat, real glass, a battery and its software. Against that, there is no cabling work, no continuous power draw and no reprinting.
